However, your payment provider (GCash, Maya) may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control. Any currency conversion fees imposed by third-party payment processors are the sole responsibility of the User.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1 Right to Suspend or Terminate

glgl99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any User account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Bonus abuse or exploitation
• Creating multiple accounts
• Providing false or misleading information
• Abusive or disruptive behavior toward staff or other Players
• Failure to complete identity verification

9.2 Effects of Termination

Upon account termination, your right to access and use the Platform immediately ceases.
